1、把马哈鱼块冲洗干净沥干水分，在鱼块上抹上盐 酱油 料酒 五香粉 腌制5分钟。
2、腌制好的鱼块均匀的沾上蛋液。
3、两面拍上少许的淀粉。
4、煎锅加入少量的油，放入鱼块煎制。
5、煎至一面金黄翻面撒上孜然粒，继续煎至。
6、煎至两面金黄即可。
