腊肉晾晒3-7天可以熏。若喜欢味道重点,可以多腌制几天,但冬至后,腌腊肉需要腌制7天再晾晒。每天翻动一次,拿出来在阳台上晒、风吹约20天左右再储存。用保鲜袋分条装放进冰箱的冷冻室,冻肉片切成小片、蒸或炒素菜吃,味道鲜美。
