1、苦菊去掉最外层的老叶，掰成一片片的小叶，清洗干净；过一遍凉开水，沥干水备用
2、小蕃茄清洗干净后，一分为四；炒熟的花生去红衣后，装入保鲜袋，用擀面杖略敲碎
3、用生抽、醋、香油、糖兑成调味汁；苦菊和小蕃茄放置大碗中，浇上调味汁拌匀装盘，撒上花生碎即可
