水粉霜和bb都相当于粉底，只是说有其他成分在，没有粉底那么重的粉质感，然后隔离霜就是说会起一层保护作用，不会直接让粉底接触到皮肤，毕竟化妆品还是有化学成分在的，最好是要上点隔离
