1、黑芝麻等打成粉，放入白糖，加入植物油拌匀。
2、五花肉切成片，把芝麻心裹上，放入盘内。
3、糯米煮过心，趁热拌入果脯等，放到龙眼上，放入蒸锅。
4、蒸熟以后倒扣入盘即可。
