1、将红曲米放入料理机中，搅拌1分钟后打成粉末状。
2、大蒜拍洗干净，将大蒜切成蒜末待用。
3、老抽倒入大碗中，加入1汤匙生抽，1汤匙蚝油，黄豆酱，料酒。
4、2汤匙白糖和少许盐，红曲粉，胡椒粉以及蜂蜜和蒜末。
5、上述酱料中加入30ml清水，倒入锅中，小火煮至糖融化即可关火。
