1、包菜去掉老叶，洗净，切成细丝，用沸水烫一下，晾凉，挤去水分，放在盘内，用精盐拌匀。
2、红辣椒切细丝待用。

4、油放入锅内，下入辣椒丝，稍炸。
5、投入葱丝、姜丝、蒜丝，煸炒一下。
6、加入醋、白糖。
7、等糖醋汁发黏，浇在包菜上，拌匀即成。
