1、打开Powershell

2、点击开始按钮，或者点击键盘上的windows徽标键，打开开始菜单；

3、在开始菜单搜索框中输入“Powershell”命令；

4、点击搜索出的“Powershell”程序；

5、系统Powershell程序自动打开；

6、切换到cmd运行模式

7、先查看一下Powershell版本；

8、如果要切换到cmd命令运行模式，直接运行“cmd”即可；

9、运行help，即可查看cmd中所有的命令集合。
