2、将糖粉加入到黄油中，用电动打蛋器搅打均匀；
3、将蛋清加入，用电动打蛋器搅打均匀；
4、面粉和可可粉混合均匀，过筛加入到黄油中，用手抓捏均匀成饼干糊；
5、将饼干糊装入，在烤盘纸上挤出W形状即可；
6、箱预热180度，烤想上层10-12分钟左右。
