1、桂鱼刮鳞去内脏洗净葱切段、姜蒜切片

2、把切好的葱姜蒜放入碗中,加入适量的酱油、白糖、盐、水调成汁

3、锅内放油, 油热后将鱼放入,把鱼煎成金黄色

4、倒入白醋盖上盖子焖十秒左右,倒入调好的炖鱼汁。加入花椒粒、大料转小火慢炖,收汁后装盘即可
