1、准备150g爱吃的面条；
2、烧一锅水，水开后下入面条，煮开后在锅中放入冷水；
3、再煮开后关火，盖上盖子焖几分钟；
4、在面碗中放入一勺酱油和半勺猪油，浇入滚水，小葱切葱段；
5、待猪油化开，香味出来后，把面条捞出，放入面碗中，在面条上撒葱花即可。
