1、申请对象：从没办招行卡的客户，或者是办过招行卡整户注销满6个月的，申请卡种为young卡（含校园版）。
2、达标条件：刷卡满6次，对刷卡时间、支付方式、金额有要求。
3、刷卡时间：必须为卡片核发后次两个自然月内。假如9月5日核卡的，则最迟得在11月5日结束前刷卡达标。
