1、电饼裆通电热锅，倒少许油。
2、油烧熟后放入饺子。
3、等饺子底部煎出黄色加入清水，水量以刚好淹没半个饺子为好。
4、盖上盖子，等水蒸汽蒸发的差不多了，滋滋声已经很小时打开上盖温度开关，大约几分钟，饺子上面有金黄色即可。
