1、蒜台洗净切段，猪肉洗净切成薄片（猪肉的肥瘦程度可根据个人喜好而定）。
2、切好的猪肉加入少量盐、料酒、酱油、干淀粉腌20分钟，使之更加入味。
3、热油锅倒入切好的猪肉不断翻炒至无血色后倒入蒜台继续翻炒至断生。
4、加入料酒、盐等调味。
5、待蒜台全部熟透后加入鸡精翻炒均匀即可出锅。
