近日，罗马市议会通过堪称“史上最强”的游客禁令，游客不准在景点边吃零食，不准打赤膊游荡，还不准在罗马的桥上挂爱情锁，违者将遭到48小时禁入景点的惩罚并被处以高达450欧元的罚款。
