1、放在清水(冷水)里浸泡，可以去掉，但是很费时费力;
2、可以用医用酒精，用柔软的镜布进行擦拭，擦拭完要及时用清水清洗;
上述两个方法都可以，尤其是第二个方法，很有效。切记擦拭完酒精之后一定要及时用清水清洗干净!
