1、去掉油菜的老叶和根部,用水洗净,然后用热水焯熟后盛盘备用,香菇去根洗净,切成四瓣备用;

2、点火,待锅热后放入适量的油,同时加少许的盐和葱花,油热后倒入油菜,翻炒至大约六、七成熟后捞出,将油控净盛盘备用;

3、重新点火放入食用油,油半热后放入香菇翻炒,放少许盐、鸡精、酱油,让香菇入味上色;

4、继续翻炒,待香菇快要熟透时,将油菜放入锅中一起翻炒几下,然后捞出拼盘。
